We are pleased to share monthly construction updates for Stage 7D4 at River Valley.

Titles are expected for early to mid-march 2025.

February 25′:

• Final electrical works, including substations and street lighting, are scheduled for installation this week.
• Footpaths have been installed.
• Final topsoiling and ashplant wearing course are set to be complete early next week.
• Arrangements for all statutory compliance are progressing.

October 24′:

• Construction of the sewer, stormwater drainage as well as gas main are complete.
• Construction of the rockface wall is now complete and with the road base constructed the contractor is awaiting approval of electrical infrastructure from the authority for works to progress.

August 24′:

• Construction of the sewer, stormwater drainage as well as water and gas main is now complete.
• Construction of the Earth reinforced wall within Stage 7D4 is also complete. The placement of the rockface to this wall is progressing well and anticipated to be complete in a fortnight.

July 24′:

• Excavation of Stage 7D4 is complete.
• Construction of the sewer and stormwater drainage is now complete, as well as the construction of water and gas mains.
• In the coming week electrical and communications services will commence.

June 24′:

• Construction of stormwater drainage is complete.
• Construction of water and gas main is complete.
• Construction of road subgrade is progressing well.
• Construction of earth reinforced wall within Stage 7D4 is progressing well.

May 24′: Construction Update

• Construction of the stormwater drainage is almost complete.
• Construction of water and gas services to commence in the coming month.

April 24′: Construction Update

• Construction of the sewer has been completed.
• Construction of the stormwater drainage is progressing well.

March 24′: Construction Update

Construction is progressing well with the following:

• Excavation of Stage 7D4 is now complete as well as excavation for the future road within this stage.
• Stormwater drain construction is progressing and the construction of the sewer continues. Following the completion of sewer and stormwater services, the construction of water, electrical and communications services will commence.
• Construction of the reinforced wall behind all lots is ongoing as the placement of the rockface to the front lots.

February 24′: Construction Update

Construction is progressing well with the following:

• Construction of sewer has commenced and is progressing well.
• Placement of rockface to the wall is continuing.
